BD card

I worked on this card last night for a co-worker. She requested something for her best friend’s mother that’s turning 50. She wanted something special and loves the color red. I had NO idea what to put together and then remembered these beautiful ISC rubber stamps I have had. So, I decided to make something festive. I like the way it turned out and added the charm for accent. TFL!
