Author: Hey all! Whimsy Stamps is having another challenge and this time I’m going to be your hostess. 
We would love for you to join us in our Whimsy Stamps SNR group to play along! The theme is to use a heart(s) on your creation. We encourage everyone to participate but, you MUST use a Whimsy image. Please use the keywords “wsc03″ and “whimsystamps” when uploading your creations to the SNR gallery. We hope to see you there!!

I decided to create a center step card for this project. I’m going to give it to my BF for valentine’s day. You can find the directions for this HERE if you would like to create one as well. Just scroll down a little bit. Rita has alot of wonderful resources here.
